Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex ground-up and renovation multifamily residential developments in Indianapolis and surrounding markets. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction projects.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Knowledge of preconstruction processes including estimating and buyout.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control.
• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up multifamily and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls to deliver on time and on budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to execute project plans.
• Review drawings, specs, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation control.
• Navigate permitting and inspections and coordinate with authorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
