Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple mitigation projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.

You will report to the Project Director several times per week and help manage project payments and collections to keep accounts current. The ideal candidate has at least three years of superintendent experience in construction, proficiency with MS Office, Xactimate and Salesforce, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Combination of commercial and residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
• Report status to Project Director at least three times weekly.
• Manage project payment terms and collection of outstanding amounts.
• Coordinate starts, schedules, and approvals with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other standards.
• Use Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, and forecast budgets.
