Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Minnesota to plan, coordinate, and lead complex construction initiatives across multiple sites. You will oversee budgets, procurement, contracts, and scheduling while coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure project success.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and a hands-on approach to manage progress, risks, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of relevant construction project management experience in commercial or multi-site environments.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Proven track record in managing projects from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Review designs and drawings for compliance with standards and scope.
• Oversee procurement, bid evaluations, contractor and vendor selection, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates on milestones and risks.
