Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a high-level Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects for Perdue Commercial Interiors. This role requires proven management of projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with GCs, architects, owners, trade partners, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Construction Management and 10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, with strong scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality-control

Qualifications

BS in Construction Management and 10+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
Proven ability to lead complex projects with GCs, architects, owners, and trade partners.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, budgets, and project controls.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing schedules and budgets.
Coordinate field operations with general contractors, architects, owners, and vendors.
Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while protecting margins.
Manage change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
