Job summary

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with drywall and metal framing scopes.
• Strong client communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through close-out, maintaining schedule and budget.
• Build and maintain the project schedule, track costs, and seek efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and field leadership to resolve conflicts and keep crews productive.
• Perform site visits with superintendents and foremen to address progress and issues.
• Identify risks early (manpower, lead times, schedule compression) and develop plans to mitigate them.
• Maintain clean documentation: submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily records, close-out packages.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; mentor assistant project managers.
