Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex design-build and capital construction projects in R&D, laboratory, corporate campus, or other technically complex facilities.

The role requires strong experience in MEP coordination, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and full project lifecycle delivery, with 6–8+ years in the field. This is a long-term contract position.

Formación

• 6–8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with design-build and capital projects.
• Experience with laboratory, R&D, semiconductor, biotech, or technically complex facilities preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk, and change order management.
• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction projects from design through closeout and handover.
• Manage contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, risks, and change orders.
• Coordinate MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and process utilities.
• Oversee design-build teams, permitting, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project forecasting, cost control, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate commissioning, inspections, punch-list completion, and final handover.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in occupied or active campus environments.
