Job summary

Westport Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, directing Project Managers and teams to meet schedule targets and budget controls.

You will review contracts, manage procurement, and ensure QA/QC across installations, while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience including 5 years of multi-family construction experience.
• OSHA 10-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications.
• LEED credentials a plus
• Valid CA driver's license is required
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PM Web or other construction project management software

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of multiple construction projects by supervising Project Managers and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Review and understand project pre-construction planning and documentation.
• Oversee scheduling and reporting of construction progress and milestones.
• Lead procurement and subcontractor buy-out to maximize profitability and scope completeness.
• Ensure QA/QC across all project installations and final inspections.
