Qualifications

• Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor's degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
• Requires 10+ years of experience in Stick‑frame Multi‑Family Residential Construction.
• Requires superior communication and interpersonal skills essential within project teams and with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Secure permits and approvals before project start and maintain compliance.
• Develop and maintain master and look-ahead schedules for multiple trades.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to keep projects on time.
• Monitor quality and safety standards across various job locations.
• Prepare daily construction reports and maintain an on-site log.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and safety briefings.
• Ensure document control aligns with latest design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist in monthly status reporting to lenders.
