Job summary

Cooper Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure all requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules are met.

The role emphasizes coordinating multiple projects, maintaining high quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct daily meetings, prepare status reports, and develop effective communication plans to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Four or more years' field and project planning experience.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Understanding of ERP implementation.
• Experience overseeing several construction projects.
• Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional team to meet requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Conduct daily meetings to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare internal and external project status reports with analyzed information.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans for stakeholders.
• Facilitate change requests and communicate schedule and budget impacts.
• Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and turnover docs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients.
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets and multiple projects valued at $15M+ with minimal supervision.
