Cooper Construction Company seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple ongoing projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure all requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules are met, delivering high quality outcomes.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, conducting daily meetings, preparing status reports, and coordinating with Owners Representatives, Engineers, and Architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Four or more years’ field and project planning experience with multi-project oversight.
• Ability to lead project teams and drive projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Understanding of ERP implementation.
• Experience overseeing several construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional team to meet requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
• Lead daily project team meetings to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare internal and external status reports from gathered information.
• Develop and execute effective communication plans for stakeholders.
• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts to schedules and budgets.
• Oversee development of manuals, training materials, and turnover docs.
• Identify new business opportunities with clients and obtain acceptance of deliverables.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and manage budgets.
