Job summary

Christman Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large construction projects in the Oklahoma City/Newcastle, OK area. You will supervise teams, manage risk, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate with owners, designers, and trades to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has at least ten years of commercial construction experience, five in a leadership role, and a proven ability to guide multi-project portfolios while ensuring safety, quality, and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience; 5+ in PM or leadership roles on large projects.
• Training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication is preferred.
• Equivalency of education, training, and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performance teams through supervision, coaching and mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, schedules and budgets.
• Define scope of work and deliverables for each project.
• Determine staffing needs and establish work plans and schedules.
• Prepare bid packages and manage the CM bid process including post-bid reviews.
• Oversee hard bid participation and coordinate project planning activities.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee project information flow through warranty.
