Job summary

Nunn Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from scope to closeout. You will oversee budgets, contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and subcontractors, while coordinating with Owners, Architects, and the Project Superintendent to keep work on time and on budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and strong communication. You will mentor Project Engineers, build positive Owner relationships, and participate in interviews to win

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry.
• Must have prior project experience as Project Manager on jobs $3M+.
• Must have prior experience as a Project Engineer; processing RFIs, submittals, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Budget management including cost tracking, forecasting, monthly projections, review with project team, contingency, allowance tracking, change orders, equipment and labor resources.
• Contract management including adhering to owner contract requirements; writing, creating and managing subcontractor contracts and reviewing/creating subcontractor change orders.
• CPM Schedule Development, tracking and updating; facilitating pull scheduling and holding subcontractors to the schedule.
• Oversight of RFIs, procurement, submittals, and other typical operations usually performed by the Project Engineer.
• Run and facilitate Owner/Architect/Contractor weekly meetings.
• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to ensure resources are available; manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment on time.
• Manage and oversee Project Engineers and their responsibilities.
• Develop productive, trusting, and professional Owner and Architect relationships.
• Participate in interviews to win work.
