Job summary

Martell Services Group is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to completion in the United States. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with field supervision, inspectors, owners, and general contractors.

You will drive pre-qualification and bidding processes, develop execution plans, monitor financial performance, and manage RFI/submittals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or associate degree, trade school certification, and/or 5+ years of Construction Project Management.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, risk management, and fundamentals of commercial and construction law.
• Exceptional mindfulness, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and related software tools.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to contract administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess contract risks and support dispute resolution.
• Prior project management experience with a proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget.
• Flexibility and ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to sequence electrical/infrastructure installations with other construction trades.
• Estimating software experience (Accubid, Connest, McCormick) for change order pricing.
• Experience with on-line documentation software (Project Site, Esub, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from start-up to close-out.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, inspectors, owners, GC/CMs.
• Track contracts, RFIs, submittals and QA/QC docs.
• Ensure OSHA safety adherence on job sites.
• Communicate project goals/status to stakeholders.
• Procure vendors and materials as needed.
• Address warranty issues with clients.
• Manage change orders and risk mitigation actions.
• Provide administrative project oversight and reporting.
