Job summary

Martell Services Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical, telecommunications, highway construction, or mechanical projects from start-up through closeout. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships while ensuring safety and QA/QC adherence.

The role requires a BS/associates or trade certification with 5+ years of construction project management experience and strong MS Office, Procore, and Viewpoint software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 5+ years Construction Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, staffing, and scheduling for execution; monitor progress and budget.
• Coordinate with contract documents, permits, and technical elements.
• Lead vendor/subcontractor relationships and ensure safety and QA/QC compliance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation; track costs and labor.
• Lead regular meetings with Owner/Architect/Contractor and stakeholders.
