Job summary

Marmer Construction in Florida seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, organize, and control resources for construction projects. You will lead teams, manage budgets, safety and quality, and serve as the primary contact for owners.

Responsibilities include procuring trades via LOIs, drafting scopes, negotiating pricing, and handling change orders and RFIs. You will oversee schedules, submittals, and monthly cost/schedule reporting to executives, while maintaining outstanding client service

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control all resources (people and materials) for successful project execution.
• Lead project teams ensuring quality, schedule, budget, safety and client experience goals.
• Be the primary point of contact for owners.
• Procure trades and materials via LOIs and subcontracts; draft Scopes of Work and contractual obligations.
• Negotiate pricing and review bids to cover full project scope in subcontracts.
• Manage schedules, change orders, RFIs and submittals; ensure process flow.
• Present monthly reports on cost, progress, RFI, submittal, safety and schedule to executives.
