Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or associate degree, trade school certification, and/or 5+ years of Construction Project Management.
• Prior project management experience with a proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and related software tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workload by ensuring deadlines and budgetary constraints are met.
• Communicate project goals and status with key stakeholders and job site personnel.
• Oversee project personnel’s participation in job site safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
