Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Maine. The PM will serve as the main point of contact for Owners, developers, architects, engineers and subs, overseeing the project life cycle from budget and schedule to safety and risk management.

Responsibilities include leading OAC meetings, coordinating with field staff, managing cost reporting and change control, and supporting business development efforts. Mentorship of team members is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycle including budget, schedule, risk, resources and safety.
• Lead owner/architect/contractor meetings and distribute minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
• Manage project controls (RFIs, submittals, delivery tracking) and reporting.
• Support business development, proposals and interviews.
• Mentor staff and develop team members.
