Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project life cycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, and safety.
• Lead owner/architect/contractor meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff to meet project goals, budget and schedule.
• Manage project controls including RFIs, submittals, and material delivery tracking.
• Support business development through networking, proposals, and interviews.
