Job summary

Navigate Search in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, superintendents, and internal teams to ensure safety, timeliness, and quality.

This role offers a stable, long-standing opportunity within a team-oriented firm that delivers across diverse markets. You’ll also contribute to proposals, RFIs, and project documentation while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, Arch or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts and project administration.
• Experience coordinating owners, architects, subcontractors and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, budget, schedule, and execute projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, costs, and performance.
• Lead meetings with owners, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress, cost, and scheduling reports.
• Support proposals, RFIs, and project interviews.
• Oversee change orders and document management.
