Job summary

Navigate Search, Indianapolis-based, is seeking a Project Executive to lead healthcare construction projects in the region. This senior role drives project performance, strategic planning, and client relationships across multiple facilities.

You will mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, oversee budgets and schedules, support preconstruction and proposals, and help grow the company's healthcare project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience with a reputable GC.
• Senior-level construction/project leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple complex commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of operations, contracts, scheduling, and risk.
• Ability to lead and develop project teams and client relationships.
• PM/LEED/PE/PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight across multiple healthcare projects.
• Manage project performance: budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and other staff.
• Review budgets, schedules, staffing plans, contracts, and risks.
• Maintain client relationships with owners, clients, subs, and architects.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, and proposal development.
• Contribute to business development efforts and opportunities.
• Establish and maintain project quality, safety, and standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth.
