You will manage all phases of construction, develop schedules, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and oversee budgets. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record with large-scale builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
