Dobco Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects in New Jersey from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met.

You will manage all phases of construction, develop schedules, coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and oversee budgets. The role requires strong leadership and a proven track record with large-scale builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
