Coli Construction in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a project manager to lead the construction of large multi-family developments. You will drive ground-up builds and renovations, coordinating contracts, RFIs, submittals, and schedules while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. PMP certification is a plus and Procore experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects for large multi-family developments (ground-up and renovations).
• Oversee projects valued typically between 30M and 60M in Northern NJ.
• Coordinate contract negotiation, scope sheets, takeoffs, RFIs and submittals.
• Manage scheduling, blueprint interpretation, safety, and communications with engineers/architects.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment and drive results.

Coli Construction is looking for a project manager to join our team in our Mahwah, NJ office. This person will lead the Construction of a Multi‑Family Development.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with excellent time‑management and problem‑solving abilities who thrives in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Construction Project Manager for Large Multi‑Family Mixed Use Construction Projects both ground up and building renovations.
• Projects are large scale, typically between 30m & 60m in value. Located in Northern NJ.
• Daily responsibilities include Contract Negotiation, Scope Sheet Leveling, Takeoffs, RFI & Submittal Coordination, Scheduling, Blueprint Reading & Interpretation, Safety, Weekly Look A heads, Correspondence with Engineers and Architects.
• Looking for a self motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
• Computer and Communication skills are a must!
• Procore Skills are a plus.
