Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and change orders.
• Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from initiation to closure.
• Managing and coordinating with teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Monitoring project progress, addressing potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Preparing, coordinating and managing RFIs, RFPs, and submittals.
• Managing change orders and ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules.
• Controlling project costs and ensuring completion within budget.
• Leading project meetings and setting expectations for project team.
• Developing and implementing risk management plans.
• Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
• Implementing and managing project communication plans.
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
