Job summary

Powerhouse is seeking a Project Manager to lead client relationships and drive project execution from estimate through closeout. The role involves organizing, scheduling, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely, quality delivery across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring prior project management experience, strong client interfacing skills, and familiarity with construction environments, with a readiness to undergo background checks and drug testing as required.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with large customer interface.
• Construction environment experience preferred.
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management from estimate development to project closeout.
• Set and meet customer deadlines per the scope of work.
• Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Manage budgets and forecast costs within constraints.
• Create progress, cost, and scheduling reports.
• Communicate project goals and document actual results.
