Job summary

L+M Development Partners LLC is seeking an experienced construction leader to supervise all field operations in New York. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, developing logistics plans, and enforcing safety and quality standards across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or equivalent work experience with high school or vocational degree.
• MS Word and Excel are required.
• AutoCAD is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple staff members and oversee field operations to ensure compliance with contract documents, schedule, quality, safety, and budget.
• Develop a logistics plan with the project manager to coordinate subcontractors' work safely and efficiently.
• Implement construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material/equipment requirements.
• Administer the site safety plan and emergency plan with subcontractors; ensure daily reports are completed on time.
• Communicate effectively with all project participants and apply sound judgment in field decisions.
