Qualifications

• Accredited 5-year degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on Federal and/or Private construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera and LEAN to benefit projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff on the project through managers and supervisors.
• Administer prime contracts and subcontracts; manage budgets and schedules.
• Pre-qualify bidders, issue inquiries, awards, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and ensure safety, QA/QC and compliance.
• Oversee cost control, risk evaluation, and project close-out.
