Job summary

You will oversee the scheduling effort, coordinate with field and office teams, lead time-impact analyses, and deliver bi-monthly schedule updates to ensure projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Acumen, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of scheduling standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling effort to ensure project adherence to schedule.
• Interface with superintendent, trades, PMs, clients, A/E representatives and other contractors.
• Primary communication with Director of Scheduling, Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Maintain strong communication with field and office staff within the department.
• Establish rapport with field superintendents and management teams.
• Lead project teams and support scheduling leadership.
• Regular schedule updates as a measure of quality.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise scheduling activities.
• Ensure teams anticipate procurement needs and plan work.
• Assist Time Impact Analysis for projects.
