Job summary

Parsons seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs, from inception to closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment. The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication with government entities, and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.

You will develop program goals, manage client objectives, and ensure adherence to contract terms and corporate policies while driving performance and quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a project management or engineering field.
• 10+ years of related engineering project management experience on construction programs.
• Experience with architectural and historic site renovation preferred.
• Professional registration such as PMP, CCM, PE, or AIA (waived for 20 years of experience).
• Familiar with project management software such as Procore or E-Builder preferred.
• USACE QCM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with government and senior personnel; prepare reports and briefs.
• Schedule and coordinate project activities among occupied facilities.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and manage scope and budget.
• Integrate competing requirements into planning and execution to meet project goals.
• Oversee development of project execution plans and safety/QA/QC documents.
• Negotiate changes with clients and contractors; secure additional work when possible.
• Monitor progress and deliverables; report milestones and risks to management.
