Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managing federal construction projects with successful delivery of safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• PMP certification within 24 months of hire; OSHA 10 required (QGS will support if needed).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DCAA principles, and applicable quality and security standards.
• Advanced proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, cost control systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads multiple and/or complex federal construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Builds and maintains relationships with federal agencies, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develops and manages budgets, forecasts costs, and monitors resource utilization.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and identifies project risks and mitigations.
• Maintains integrated schedules, manages scope changes, and coordinates recovery plans.
• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors Project Manager I employees; drives continuous improvement.
