Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee Design, Design-Build, and Construction projects up to $100M in the Parsons Industrial Base Directorate. You will also support business development for US DoD and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include directing multiple projects, managing scope and commercial performance, and aligning with client objectives, contract terms, and company policies. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience and prior project management on similar projects.
• Ability to meet Parsons' project management certification requirements.
• Familiarity with integration of engineering/technical aspects, procurement and construction activities.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and management for medium-sized projects, or several small projects, within schedule and budget.
• Manage scope development, scope management, and commercial performance to meet goals.
• Plan program goals and learn client objectives, contract terms, and policies.
• Ensure projects meet or exceed goals in plans.
• Typically manage projects up to $100 million in total installed cost.
