Job summary

LeoForce in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and scope are met. You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience with a general contractor and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience managing project budgets, contracts, schedules, and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining budget, schedule, and scope
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Manage project financials including buyout, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and owner pay applications
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
• Build strong client relationships and proactively address project needs throughout the construction process
