LeoForce is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Management - Construction to lead large-scale transitional projects in the Vallejo area. You will oversee self-perform work and field operations, align scheduling with client goals, and drive profitability across multiple high-end commercial and residential builds.

You will manage senior field teams and foremen, set project lifecycles from planning to closeout, and ensure cross-functional coordination with design, procurement, and safety teams.
