Job summary

Christman Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for major construction projects in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem, North Carolina area.

You will lead high-performance teams, guide risk and budget discussions with owners and subs, and drive planning services from bid through warranty. The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and 10+ years in commercial construction with at least 5 years in a PM or leadership position, including projects valued at $10M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Ten years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role.
• Five of those years in a Project Manager role or similar leadership.
• Classes or training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.
• Experience leading projects valued $10M+ in various markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, schedules, costs, and change orders.
• Determine scope, staffing, schedules, and deliverables for each project phase.
• Oversee bid processes, project planning services, and documentation.
• Drive safety practices and manage client relationships from start to warranty.
