Job summary

The Christman Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Project Manager for large-scale commercial construction projects in our Raleigh region. You will lead project teams, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and drive safety, scheduling, and budgets.

Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 5+ years of leadership experience preferred; ownership opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of commercial construction leadership experience.
• Training in construction management, project management, safety, or communication or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance project teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide timely employee performance feedback and appraisals.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors on risk, schedules, costs, and change management.
• Define scope of work and deliverables; establish staffing and schedules for each project phase.
• Manage CM bid process and post bid reviews; oversee change orders and subcontract scopes.
