Job summary

IMIA, LLC is seeking a Construction/Commercial Program Manager to act as the owner's representative across multiple concurrent projects, overseeing them from pre-development through completion. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality control, coordinating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to maximize value and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction or related field, 5+ years of construction program management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in construction, engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years in construction program management with multi-project oversight.
Experience reading and interpreting plans and coordinating with designers, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution to meet scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless handoffs.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across concurrent projects.
Develop and manage project budgets, procurement, and change control processes.
