Ironmark Building Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and direct the project team while maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.

You will oversee all activities from budgeting and design to construction and closeout, ensuring on-time completion within funding parameters. The role involves negotiations with owners and subs, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating multiple projects with high professionalism.

Competenze

• 5+ years of related experience on commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Word/Excel required; Procore/Timberline/Sage advantageous.
• Knowledge of Design/Build delivery method and ability to communicate best practices.
• Wood frame and multi-family experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership for multiple construction projects from budgeting through closeout.
• Review plans to determine time frame, funding, resources and procedures.
• Lead client interface and manage stakeholders with robust solutions.
• Oversee project financial health and liaise with President and Controller.
• Execute change orders and negotiate with owners and subs.
• Be main point of contact with owner and on-site representative.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Interns and coordinate project activities.
• Review status reports and adjust schedules as needed.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients.
