Job summary

Ironmark Building Co. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead project teams, manage client and contract requirements, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and coordination with Superintendents and Project Engineers, while maintaining strong relationships with owners and trade partners. Candidates should have 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's in construction management, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in commercial construction
• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore, Timberline, Sage, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple construction projects from budgeting through closeout
• Review plans and specs to determine time frame, funding, and resource allocation
• Lead client interface and stakeholder negotiations with robust solutions
• Manage financial health of projects and coordinate with President/Controller
• Execute change orders and coordinate with owner and subcontractors for efficient delivery
• Serve as main point of contact with owner and on-site representatives
• Mentor Project Engineers and Interns
• Coordinate activities to ensure schedule adherence and budget compliance
• Prepare project reports for management and clients
