Marker Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee schedule, budget, and quality while collaborating with clients, project teams, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Engineer or 5+ years as a Project Superintendent
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, blueprints, and schedules
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; LEED GA or AP preferred
• Proficiency with project management software including Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of assigned projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, performance, and quality to ensure contract requirements are met
• Develop scopes of work, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders
• Partner with Superintendents to align field execution with plans, quality, and safety
• Mentor project engineers and junior team members to support growth
