Job summary

You will engage clients, design partners, and key stakeholders, guiding submittals, RFIs, purchases, and subcontractor coordination through the build lifecycle. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead risk analysis, schedule updates, and closeouts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
• Organized pre-planning, problem-solving, and proactive scheduling abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience coordinating subcontracts, RFIs, and project closeouts under a PM framework.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and quality for assigned projects.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, design partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, purchases, and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor job cost, labor production, and cash flow; discuss financials with executives.
• Create and maintain project schedules and communicate milestones.
