Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager in Northwest Indiana to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution, enforce safety codes, and drive performance with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities
