Job summary

Jobot, a national design-build/general contracting firm, seeks experienced Project Managers for industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects across the United States. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in relevant sectors, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and clients.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
• Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities as needed.
