Job summary

STG Pacific LLC in Anchorage, AK seeks a Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple complex construction projects. You will manage planning, execution, coordination, and financial oversight, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, safety, and compliance with federal requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to estimate and solicit subcontractor proposals, and mentoring of junior staff. Travel to project sites and role as client liaison are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Five years of project management experience in vertical/horizontal, heavy industrial, design-build or public sector.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors on government or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all awarded project aspects including estimating, bidding, reporting, client interface, timeline, and day-to-day oversight.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and bids.
• Staff projects with qualified candidates and oversee subcontractors.
• Monitor plans, permits, RFIs, changes, and design variance requests.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and manage project closeout.
