Job summary

STG Inc., a proud subsidiary of Calista Brice, invites an on-site Project Manager I to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of small design/build projects across Alaska. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while supporting senior PMs in project development and reporting.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills, with travel to remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of construction project management experience with budgeting, cost estimating, or financial tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and field oversight.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and bids for projects in Alaska.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure scope, schedule, and budgets are met.
