Job summary

Corvant seeks a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and top-quality work. You will coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project success across diverse environments.

The role demands 10+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with industry tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of construction project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering mid- to large-scale projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, documents, processes, and technology.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Supervise project teams including engineers, assistant PMs, and superintendents.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, codes, safety, and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review subcontractor bids, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and project meetings.
• Provide detailed reporting and forecasting to leadership.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposals.
