Ideal candidates bring ten+ years of construction project management experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and OSHA 30

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop long- and short-term project plans with milestones.
• Delegate tasks to team members and manage budgets.
• Set schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with executives to align with goals.
• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
