Job summary

Corvant is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards, coordinating clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera. Bachelor’s preferred; OSHA 30 a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering mid- to large-scale projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, documents, processes, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage and supervise project teams including engineers, assistant PMs, and superintendents.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review subcontractor bids, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits, safety inspections, and project meetings.
• Provide detailed reporting and forecasting to leadership.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposal development.
