Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Critical Facilities Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction efforts across multiple sites. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers, ensuring governance, schedules, and budgets are tightly managed.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. Occasional on-site work and SOX controls may apply, reflecting client requirements and industry

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
Strong organizational and management skills and ability to collaborate with the broader team.
Effective presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.
Excellent communication skills.
On-site presence may be required depending on client needs.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, adhered to where applicable.

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
