Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team leads construction for data centers and hospitals, serving as owner’s representatives to keep projects on track. You will manage high-visibility, resume-building projects as a Project Manager.

The role emphasizes independent leadership, risk and budget management, and collaborative problem solving with clients and expert teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management and understanding of building design and construction.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery.
• Maintain alignment with client vision as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E pros, contractors, vendors, and other teams.
