Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Manage profit and loss, labor, documentation, and safety records
• Develop scope sheets, bids, schedules, and milestones
• Review subcontracts, issue change orders, and track costs and schedule implications
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and procurement plans; manage supplier invoices and payments
